Mengjia Liu is a seasoned real estate agent based in Austin, Texas. Her diverse cultural background makes her the perfect Real Estate Agent who truly understands your wants and needs. Mengjia was born in Qingdao, China, and learned English in the first grade while living in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. Her family then moved to Sacramento, California, where she grew up.
 
After purchasing her first home in Austin, Mengjia was intrigued by the real estate industry and decided to leave her 10-year fashion industry career to become a real estate agent. Her long-time goal is to invest and grow in real estate. Mengjia is patient, understanding, genuine, and trustworthy. She speaks both English and Chinese and is passionate about helping others achieve their real estate goals.
 
Mengjia's specialties include working with first-time homebuyers and investors. More than half of her transactions have been new construction homes. She serves the suburbs in Leander, Georgetown, Liberty Hill, Cedar Park, and Round Rock. She has also completed several condo sales in downtown Austin and has experience with commercial transactions.
 
Mengjia's customer service promise is based on transparency, knowledge, and communication. She treats every transaction like it's her own and is known for being a great listener, which helps her understand her clients' needs so she can find them exactly what they're looking for. She loves getting to know her clients and creating genuine friendships with them.
 
In her spare time, Mengjia enjoys cooking healthy and delicious meals. Her favorite is homemade dumplings that she makes from scratch. She also loves outdoor activities and swimming. Mengjia is married and expecting her first child this summer. She has two dogs, Stormi and Tsunami, whom she loves dearly.
